The National Indian Council on Aging (NICOA) helps Tribal elders aged 55 or older find work by offering an employment program. This program offers elders a chance to develop new skills, build financial security, and on-site job training. This program aims to fill the accessibility gap for Tribal elders to employment and helps clients build the confidence they need for job-hunting.
