Program Overview
The purpose of the ICSC is to provide its member tribes with an independent and culturally sensitive forum in which to present and resolve disputes. We are committed to our goal to bring "empowerment through the equal administration of equal justice for all.
Services
The ICSC functions as a circuit court where judges travel to different reservations to resolve cases based on each tribe's laws, customs, and traditions. services involve exclusions, enrollment issues, guardianships, tort claims, environmental issues, and public safety issues.
