Program Overview
Our program works in partnership with Riverside-San Bernardino County Indian Health's multidisciplinary patient care team to identify & support those individuals who have experienced victimization. We provide trauma informed and culturally inclusive services for our clients. Our services include crisis intervention, mental health & substance use counseling, and referrals to Native American agencies that provide culturally responsive advocacy. Our Tribal Victim Services staff works alongside partnering agencies to identify and address any gaps in services that may exist. We offer support for community and cultural events and help raise awareness about victimization in the Native American population. Our program believes that providing care through a cultural lens is essential in meeting the needs of the community.
